Day 1:

Add a sense of gratitude into your life to instantly feel happier and brighter.  

  • Includes a 5-Minute Gratitude Meditation


Day 2:

Learn to embrace your inner power and take it with you into the rest of your day.

  • Includes a 5-Minute Power Meditation


Day 3:

Work on creating an affirmation that will remind you of what you want to work on.

  • Includes a 10-Minute Affirmation Meditation


Day 4:

Allow yourself to let go and release any negative emotions you’ve been holding onto.

  • Includes a 10-Minute Let It Go Meditation


Day 5:

Start your day on a positive note by setting intentions for the rest of your day.

  • Includes a 15-Minute Morning Meditation

What is the point of
this meditation challenge?

This challenge is a way for you to start practicing
meditation in your daily life so you can start benefiting
from all the positive effects of meditation.  Meditation
will give you a chance to quiet your mind and help
you feel centered for the rest of your day.



When does it start?

The challenge will start on Wednesday, November 7
and will go through Sunday, November 11.

 

How will it work?

This 5-day event will include a daily email to help you
stay on track with your meditation practice.  The emails
will have a link to download your daily meditation and
a reminder to jump into the Facebook group to
share your experiences with the rest of the participants.

 

How much time will it take?

The daily meditations will start out at 5 minutes a day.
You will also be encouraged to jump into the
Facebook group each day to give an update on
how your meditation went or ask any questions.
This is completely optional, but this
sense of community is a valuable aspect
of the challenge. By the end of the challenge,
the final guided meditation will be 15 minutes long.
