What is the point of
this MINI COURSE?
This mini course is a way for you to start paying attention to how you’re feeling in your daily life. By doing some self-reflecting and answering the journaling prompts, you are digging into how you truly feel and therefore giving yourself the chance at a fresh start.
When does it start?
The mini course is self-paced, so you can start as soon as you sign up.
How will it work?
This 7-day course will include a daily email to help you
stay on track with your inner work. The first email
will have a link to download your workbook which you can download or print.
How much time will it take?
The practices will only take about 5-10 minutes a day.
You’ll be given a daily affirmation that you can use throughout your day however you choose. One great way to use the affirmations is to repeat them to yourself throughout the day or to write them on sticky notes and put them in easy places to see them, such as on your computer or bathroom mirror.
